Our guarantee

We stand behind every product we sell. If a file doesn't work as described, doesn't open correctly, or isn't what you expected — we'll refund you in full within 24 hours of your request. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

1.  Email us at support@jexorashop.com within 24 hours of your purchase.

2.  Include your order number (found in your confirmation email).

3.  Tell us what went wrong — one sentence is enough.

4.  We'll process your refund immediately. It typically appears in your account within 3–5 business days depending on your bank.

What qualifies for a refund

•    The file doesn't open or is corrupted on delivery.

•    The file doesn't function as described in the product listing.

•    You received the wrong file.

•    The file is significantly different from what was described.

What doesn't qualify

Because our products are digital downloads, we cannot accept refund requests based on:

•    Change of mind after download.

•    The file working correctly but not meeting personal preferences.

•    Requests made more than 24 hours after purchase.

•    Issues caused by using an unsupported version of Excel (we support Excel 2016 and above, and Google Sheets).

Digital product disclaimer

All products are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and that delivery is fulfilled upon download. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

Consumer rights (UK)

If you are a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel a digital content contract within 14 days of purchase unless the digital content has already been provided and you have acknowledged that your right to cancel will be lost upon delivery. By downloading your file, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your right to cancel ends upon download.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
